Jeff Tribe has dedicated more than 35 years to Martinez & Turek, Inc., building his career from the ground up through hard work, technical expertise, and leadership. Jeff steadily advanced through the organization by demonstrating an exceptional work ethic, commitment to quality, and deep understanding of manufacturing operations. Over the years, he earned positions of increasing responsibility, including Toolmaker Assistant, HBM Operator, Toolmaker, Program Manager, and Vice President of Operations, before being appointed President & CEO in May 2026.

Jeff’s extensive hands-on experience across machining, tooling, fabrication, engineering, and production operations has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. His career progression reflects not only his technical knowledge, but also his ability to lead teams, build strong customer relationships, and successfully execute complex manufacturing programs.
