Dwight Leung serves on the Board of Directors at Martinez & Turek, Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense engineering, manufacturing leadership, and large-scale system development. During his tenure with M&T, he previously served as President & CEO and Vice President of Engineering, where he led the company’s engineering organization and oversaw the design and delivery of highly specialized cargo transportation and launch support systems for aerospace and defense customers.

Dwight specializes in the development of complex structural and mechanical systems, with deep expertise in engineering leadership, program execution, and customer engagement. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan. In his current role on the Board, he continues to provide strategic guidance, technical oversight, and long-term direction to support M&T’s growth and engineering excellence.
