Dwight has been with Martinez and Turek, Inc. for over 23 years and has served as President & CEO for the last 10. He has over 35 years of experience developing specialized large cargo transportation systems. Throughout his career, he has managed, designed, and delivered large transport systems for many customers in the defense and aerospace industries.

Before being named CEO and President, Dwight was M&T’s Vice President of Engineering, where he took headed all the company’s engineering development endeavors. His responsibilities included end-to-end management of M&T’s Engineering Department, development and maintenance of strategic technical business partnerships, and promotion of M&T’s engineering capabilities. He prioritizes strong customer relationships through meeting increasingly demanding technical, schedule, and budgetary requirements. 

He has demonstrated the ability to establish, evolve and motivate top-performing teams in fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environments. Dwight is skilled at proposal writing, presentation development, estimating, sales support, design innovation, engineering supervision, and project management. Mr. Leung earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
